When will my purchase be shipped? TOP
Current shipping time is 2-3 days from when your purchase is completed and payment is made. Some items take up to 10 days before they are shipped- there is a note on each product page to which this may apply. Please let me know if it is a rush order and what date you require it by and we will do our very best to accommodate. Custom orders which require specially ordered components may take up to 10 days for delivery. Within New Zealand - jewels are shipped via track and trace courier for a flat rate of $3.
International orders are shipped at a flat rate of $3NZD also. If you require an urgent order, please advise via email and we will do our best to get your jewels to you within your timeframe! If your purchase is a gift, we can ship it directly to the recipient with a gift message on a cute gift card that you designate at checkout.
All Princess Angel Jewels come gift packaged. What methods of payment do you accept? TOP
For New Zealand orders - internet banking, Paypal and cheques by prior arrangement are accepted. For international orders - Paypal only is accepted. Please contact us if you wish to arrange payment by a different method.
Do you have a returns policy? TOP
Customized and personalized jewels are non-returnable, however taking measurements is recommended - if it is for a gift we can make to our averarge wrist size by age guide. If the wrong size is accidentally ordered, we are happy to resize to the correct size for you for the additional charge of $12 (this includes sending back to you via courier)
Please email us if a genuine fault is present, such as a workmanship error, or a faulty component on the bracelet. We will gladly repair or replace after inspection confirms the fault and we will return to you at no extra cost. How do we care for our Princess Angel Jewels? TOP
Sterling Silver does tarnish over time but this can be minimised by regular polishing of the Sterling components with a silver or soft polishing cloth. Never put your jewels in any type of jewellery cleaner as this will ruin the lettering on the personalized sterling silver letters and eventually corrode the special wire the jewellery is strung on. When jewellery is not being worn - store in a cool, dry place such as a sealed bag. This will prevent tarnishing & scratching.
Never wear sterling silver jewels when swimming in chlorinated water. Do you do custom orders? TOP
